Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At DVI Tech Solutions, we are dedicated to providing top-notch products and services that meet our customers' expectations. To help ensure our offerings are a good fit, we encourage you to take full advantage of any free trials available.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription to DVI Tech Solutions CRM at any time during the free trial period without any charges. After the free trial, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next payment due date.
To request cancellation, please provide written notice via email or through our customer portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, as long as the 15-day notice requirement is met.
If a cancellation request is made less than 15 days before the next payment due date, the subscription will continue, and the customer will be billed for the upcoming cycle. We do not process refunds for any remaining portion of the subscription term.
DVI Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In such cases, a prorated adjustment may be considered for the unused portion of the subscription.
